A microlesson is a short, focused learning experience designed to help learners understand a topic in small, manageable parts. Instead of presenting all the information on one long page, Lurny divides the content into individual learning points called stubs.
A microlesson generally contains:
A cover page introducing the topic
A sequence of learning stubs
Quiz questions based on the content
This bite-sized structure makes learning easier to complete, understand and remember.
Opening a microlesson
The opening screen introduces the microlesson and may display:
The microlesson title
A cover image
The number of learning points or stubs
Navigation controls to begin the lesson
Select the right arrow to move from the cover page to the first learning stub.
Navigating through the microlesson
Use the navigation arrows displayed on either side of the screen:
Select the right arrow to move to the next stub.
Select the left arrow to return to the previous stub.
The progress indicator at the bottom, such as 1/7, shows:
The number of the item currently being viewed
The total number of items in the microlesson
Continue moving through the learning stubs to reach the quiz section.
