Recommended practices
Upload a clearly structured document with meaningful headings and sections.
Remove outdated, duplicated or irrelevant information before uploading.
Use documents containing selectable text wherever possible.
Ensure scanned documents are clear and readable.
Use a focused source document aligned with the intended learning objective.
Check whether confidential or restricted information can be uploaded.
Review the generated content for accuracy, completeness and organisational relevance before publishing.
Important: The quality of the generated microlesson depends on the structure and readability of the source document. Scanned pages, complex layouts, unclear tables, poor-quality images or password-protected files may reduce processing accuracy.
